I highly recommend Professor Plumb. Zach and Chase were very pleasant, knew what they were doing and installed my new water heater quickly and with no mess. They called me prior to arriving to let me know the time frame of their arrival. I asked for their cards and am handing them out to all my co workers and friends so that they too can call Professor Plumb.

When another plumbing company bailed on me, I requested recommendations for another place that could help me clear tree roots from my sewer line. I had been advised previously that my sewer line needed to be replaced. I called Professor Plumb on Monday and spoke with sweet Amanda who promptly scheduled me for this morning AND for Friday for replacement of sewer line in case that was necessary. Duane and his assistant (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name!) were there promptly this morning and within an hour, had performed a miracle in my sewer lines! I had seen the roots on camera previously and my line was now completely occluded. By the time they were done, it was clean and clear, running as designed. They have a wonderful new revolutionary claw tool they used and I quickly and inexpensively got my plumbing back! Washing a load of clothes is suddenly delightful! I can't say enough positive things about this group - from the first call to the clean pipes - everyone was professional, caring and very good at what they do! Highly highly recommend them!
