  I was very pleased with work done by Professor Plumb when I had them install my new water heater. The men who worked in my home were on time, courteous, and did a very good job in an efficient manner.

  Quick response to my quote. When the technician is arriving and starting to work on my leaking water heater. I already purchased the new water heater for replacement, after run testing turned out the water pressure valve is bad. After replace the valve, no more leaking. And the technician returned the water heater to the store. Thank you for the service and will do business in the future.

  They installed a gas line for a new gas stove/oven. Switching from electric to gas meant they had to run all new line. I received text messages when the technician was heading to my house. They arrived on time and not only installed the new line for us, but also hooked up our new stove. They double checked every joint and fitting more than once to ensure there were no leaks, and tested the stove components to ensure everything was working properly. After they left, I received a text with details of all the work they performed and notice they were finished and had left my home. My wife said they completed the work with no interruptions and were kind and courteous through the entire install. Absolutely the most professional, punctual, and top notch company I've ever dealt with. Wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

  When another plumbing company bailed on me, I requested recommendations for another place that could help me clear tree roots from my sewer line. I had been advised previously that my sewer line needed to be replaced. I called Professor Plumb on Monday and spoke with sweet Amanda who promptly scheduled me for this morning AND for Friday for replacement of sewer line in case that was necessary. Duane and his assistant (I'm so sorry I didn't get his name!) were there promptly this morning and within an hour, had performed a miracle in my sewer lines! I had seen the roots on camera previously and my line was now completely occluded. By the time they were done, it was clean and clear, running as designed. They have a wonderful new revolutionary claw tool they used and I quickly and inexpensively got my plumbing back! Washing a load of clothes is suddenly delightful! I can't say enough positive things about this group - from the first call to the clean pipes - everyone was professional, caring and very good at what they do! Highly highly recommend them!
